Why do you hate me?

Hello.my name is Layla and I am a 15 year old girl,I'm 5 foot 2 inches and as of last week I only weight 102.6 pounds.Lets get to the point,I am white,I go to a school that has a 2 percent white population. I have very few friend and feel like an out cast.Not because I don't try to make friends.but because the other students want to run me out of the school. The staff don't care what happens too me or how others try too hurt me on a daily basis. The boys pick on me,and one boy even stalked me for the past two years because I didn't want to go out with him. I don't date anyone,my mom won't let me date till I'm older! This boy keeps telling everyone that I won't go out with him because he's black! I have lost over 20 pounds because the kids made fun of me and called me fat,I lost weight,now whats wrong? I have had things stolen from me,not one bit of help from the staff to help recover my stuff! Why do they hate me so bad! I can't help what school I have to go to,mom can't afford to send me to a private school. I hope that I'm the only teen with this problem,I would never want anyone else to live in Hell ever day like I do.
